Great vintage condition. This is a complete razor system. There is rust on the pin that holds the blade. While the blade is inside the frame, the leather 'strop' lid and stone 'hone' lid are used alternately be moving the operation handle back and forth hone first, then strop to maintain the edge on the blade.
